1) Hull : The Hulll of houseboat will be constructed from Ainee ( Anjili) Wood planking with Carvel ( Kalphati) type joint construction fastened to Anjili frames and superstructure will be erected with marine plywood , exterior & interior .

4) Main engine : This consist of a single marine diesel engine , developing 104 HP @ 2200 RM with 2:1 ratio Gearbox . An additional Silencer will be provide for noise free –running of houseboat.The engine seating will e provided on the longitudinal girders which will be extended to the full length of the hull & seating area will be adequately reinforced

5) Control system: Steering ,accelerator & gear control system will be provided at the ford ,end of the houseboat .

6) Stern Gear system : One set stern –gear assembly comprising of brass stern-tube ,Stainless –steel shaft ,MS intermediate shaft , inner & outer stuffing gland with cutlass rubber bushes will be provided .

7) Fuel tank: One No .MS fabricated FRP lined 50 lit capacity fuel tank will be provided .

8) Electrical Fittings : Necessary essential fittings & appliances will be provided for smooth operation of the house-boats. A Diesel Generating set having adequate capacity to meet the requirement for the operation of houseboat will also be provided . The generator set will be provided with an additional silencer .

09) Fresh water Tank.: Necessary fire fighting application will be provided .

10) Fire Fighting Application : Necessary fire fighting application will be provided .

11) Life saving Equipment / Appliances ( L.S.A) : following LSA will be provided .

• Life Jacket : adult size 8 nos.
• & child size 4 nos.

12) Air Conditioning Unit : 1.10 Ton capacity reputed make ,effective split type air-conditioning system will be provided in each rooms.

13) Construction Materials : The hull will be n constructed from Anjili ( Ainee) wood frames & the fendering will be fastened with non-ferrous rivets & fasteners excluding bamboo/ traditional construction .Hull planking will be fastened to the frames ,by Copper Nails & & Rivets .

14 ) Flooring : Covered by high quality Coior Carpet.

15 ) Dining Hall : A dining table set will be provided in the ford .Lobby recreation area to accommodate seating 8 to 12 persons.

16) Lobby: The lobby will have following equipment.

17) Bed room : The frame structure will be built out of teak wood & plywood paneled partitions .The bed room will have following equipments.

19) Toilet : European style W.C with a washing Basin .The outlet of the W.C will be connected to the sump tank , which will be treated before pumping out. The toilet will have following equipment.

Payment terms
Payment for the construction can be in installments, 25% of the total payments has to be made at the time of giving orders and balance payments in 5 equal installments of equal amounts, Kindly note that the timely payments will help us to finish the work in time .
